1. Returns

Unused and in the same condition you received them.

In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and receipts or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, damaged, or defective items).

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You may alternatively provide your payment details for the refund and this must be from the same account where original payment was initiated.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
